At USM Modular Furniture, we stand by the precision and quality of our Swiss-engineered systems. If your purchase does not perfectly suit your space, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the modular components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the units if necessary and pack all panels, tubes, and connectors into their original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the weight and precision of USM components, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessory items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the chrome and powder-coated surfaces, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
